Key Responsibilities

Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and quantity take-offs from drawingsEstimate project costs including materials, labor, and equipmentMonitor and control project budgets and cash flowPrepare and evaluate tender documents & contractor quotationsTrack project progress and conduct cost analysis & reportingManage subcontractor billing, certification, and paymentsHandle variations, claims, and final account settlementsCoordinate with site engineers, architects, and procurement teamsEnsure cost efficiency without compromising quality and timelinesIdentify cost-saving opportunities and risks in projectsRequired Skills

Strong knowledge of cost estimation & budgetingExpertise in BOQ preparation and quantity take-offsGood understanding of construction drawings and specificationsNegotiation and contract management skillsProficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and QS softwareStrong analytical and communication skillsQualifications
