We’re Looking for a Co-Founder — Business, Revenue & GTM

Yakshanexus is building WP1, an Autonomous AI Security Engineer designed to transform how application security and penetration testing are performed.

We’ve built the technology. Now we’re looking for someone who can help turn that technology into a scalable business.

This is not a traditional Sales or Business Development role.

We’re looking for a founder-minded person who can think about:

→ Who should buy WP1?

→ Why should they buy it?

→ How should we price it?

→ How do we convert pilots into paying customers?

→ How do we build a repeatable sales engine?

→ How do we scale from founder-led sales to a commercial team?

What you’ll own

• Go-to-market strategy
• Revenue strategy & pricing
• B2B/SaaS/SMB customer acquisition
• Sales execution and deal closing
• Pilot → paid customer conversion
• Customer relationships
• Strategic partnerships
• Sales pipeline & CRM
• Working with our existing Business Development team
• Building the commercial team as we scale
• Identifying new markets and growth opportunities

What we’re looking for

We care more about what you have built and achieved than your job title or number of years of experience.

• Education: MBA / PGDM preferred
• Age: 25–35 preferred
• Gender: Open to all — we care about capability and results
• Proven B2B/SaaS/technology sales experience
• Strong strategic and commercial thinking
• Startup or high-growth experience preferred
• Proven track record of closing business
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with cold outreach and founder-led sales
• Existing network across SaaS, technology, SMB or enterprise businesses
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity/application security

Cybersecurity experience is a strong advantage, but you don’t need to be a cybersecurity expert.

What we expect

Initially, you’ll need to sell personally while building the process to scale.

You’ll work closely with our existing Business Development Associate and eventually build a larger commercial team as the business grows.

Our goal is ambitious:

Take WP1 from pilots to a commercially scalable product, target ₹1–2 Cr revenue in the first 12 months, build 4–5 enterprise relationships and establish 100+ paying, active customer companies.
