O2C Collections Specialist

We are seeking an experienced O2C Collections Specialist to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in order to cash processes, particularly in collections, and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end collections process for our international clients. This role is crucial in ensuring timely payments and maintaining healthy cash flow for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the collections process for international accounts, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding invoices.
• Utilize SAP and other tools to track and manage collections activities effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues related to order processing and payment discrepancies.
• Analyze accounts receivable aging reports and develop strategies to reduce outstanding debts.
• Maintain accurate records of all collections activities and provide regular updates to management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate smooth collections and address any concerns they may have.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in O2C collections, with a focus on international collections.
