About the job:Roles and Responsibilities:

Counsel students about MBA, PGDM, Engineering, Management, and other higher education programs.

Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and interests to recommend suitable courses and colleges.

Generate and follow up with leads through calls, online inquiries, referrals, and other channels.

Communicate with students and parents to explain admission processes, eligibility criteria, and course details.

Handle student queries, address concerns, and convert prospective leads into admissions.

Maintain accurate student information and follow-up records in the CRM.

Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
