This is not an entry-level accounting or general finance role. We are specifically looking for candidates with hands-on Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience, strong accounting fundamentals, retail-sector experience, and exposure to US accounting operations.

5+ years of hands-on accounting/bookkeeping experienceStrong knowledge of Accounting FundamentalsHands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)Strong experience in General Ledger (GL) accountingHands-on experience with bank, credit card, vendor and balance-sheet reconciliationsExperience preparing journal entries, accruals, prepayments and accounting adjustmentsStrong experience in month-end and year-end closingExperience in bookkeeping and maintaining complete accounting recordsRetail-sector accounting experience MUST HAVEExperience handling or supporting US accounts / US accounting operations MUST HAVEStrong Microsoft Excel skillsExcellent spoken and written English communication MUST HAVEAbility to communicate professionally in Hindi - MUST HAVEAbility to independently manage accounting activities while working during US EST hours Key Responsibilities - Independently manage day-to-day accounting activities using Microsoft Dynamics ERPManage AP, AR and General LedgerProcess vendor invoices, customer billing, payments and receiptsPerform bank, credit card, vendor and balance-sheet reconciliationsPrepare and post journal entries and accounting adjustmentsMaintain accurate bookkeeping records and supporting documentationSupport inventory-related accounting and reconciliationsTake ownership of month-end and year-end closing activitiesReview accounts, investigate discrepancies and ensure timely resolutionPrepare accounting schedules and reportsCoordinate with the North American finance/accounting team as required Important Applicant Check Please do not apply if you do not have hands-on Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience or US retail-sector accounting experience.
