Human Resource Executive0 - 3 years1.5-3 Lacs P.A.Hiring office located in Ghaziabad Women candidates preferredJob descriptionRole & responsibilitiesTalent Acquisitions IT staff hired, manage recruitment & selection process, verification, and documentation processChampion the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role in relation to the overall visionManaging HR records including, resumes, applicant logs, employee and & employer forms/documents, leave records, and employees.Employee orientations & Induction.Employee Engagement ActivityMaintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packagesEnsure legal compliance throughout human resource managementAnalysis of HR and other departments with manpower requisition.Plan, monitored, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, training managers to coach and discipline employees, and counseling employees and supervisors.Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policiesGather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover ratesOther roles & responsibilities as and when given by the reporting manager.Preferred candidate profileHave a relevant experience as an HR executive of at least 1+ yearsDemonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applicationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsMBA HR / BBA / preferrable.Excellent communication and people skillsAptitude in problem-solving and grievance handling of employeesUnderstanding of general human resources policies and procedureswe have an urgent requirement for a front desk/hr executive /education counselor (female)Interview Timing: 11 AMMeet Miss.
