The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing client relationships, particularly in the areas of current accounts, sales, and acquisition. This role is crucial for driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Drive sales initiatives to acquire new clients and expand the existing customer base.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage transaction banking and trade finance operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee team handling and provide guidance to junior staff in achieving sales targets and enhancing client relationships.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in relationship management, particularly in banking or financial services.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving targets.
• Knowledge of transaction banking, trade finance, and related services.

• Familiarity with import/export processes and trade forex is a plus.
