The role You will own membership sales for the whole club. You'll lead our Founding Member launch, help existing members move to our new membership tiers, and build and coach a team of 3–4 Membership Advisors. What you'll do • Own monthly targets for new memberships, upgrades and renewals • Lead the Founding Member drive and relaunch events • Build lead channels: walk-ins, digital, referrals, residential societies, schools and local businesses • Hire, train and coach Membership Advisors; run daily huddles and weekly funnel reviews • Set a high standard for club tours, CRM discipline and follow-ups • Run renewal campaigns and work with coaches to retain members • Report on revenue, conversion and lead sources to the Club General Manager What we're looking for • 6–8 years in sales, including 2+ years leading a team • Background in premium clubs, hotels, resorts, real estate, luxury retail or premium fitness • A record of closing high-ticket sales (₹50,000+) with families and HNI customers • Confident spoken English and Hindi; well groomed • Comfortable with CRM, dashboards and Excel/Google Sheets • Graduate; MBA (Sales/Marketing) is a plus • Bonus: experience launching a club, project or membership programme; a strong Jaipur network What we offer • Fixed salary of ₹ 25K to 45K LPA plus attractive monthly incentives and a quarterly renewal bonus • Club membership and health insurance • The chance to build the sales function of a flagship club from the ground up How to apply Apply by sending your CV and your last 12 months' sales numbers to [hidden] / WhatsApp [hidden] with the subject "BDM – Memberships, Jagatpura". #Hiring #BusinessDevelopment #SalesManager #MembershipSales #Hospitality #Fitness #Jaipur #JaipurJobs
