About the job:
We are looking for a passionate and newly graduated B.A.M.S Doctor who is eager to practice true root-cause healing.
In this role, you will utilize your strong medical understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and disease pathology to diagnose, consult, and guide patients. This is a unique opportunity for recent graduates to move beyond the traditional clinic environment and become part of a fast-growing wellness movement focused on naturally reversing lifestyle diseases.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct detailed telephonic, virtual, or in-person consultations to understand patients' medical history, current symptoms, and lifestyle habits.
2. Review medical reports, blood investigations, and diagnoses to establish a clear baseline for each patient's health journey.
3. Design customized natural treatment and wellness plans based on patient needs and health conditions.
4. Monitor patient progress through month-long wellness programs or residential camps, while adjusting diet and lifestyle plans as their health improves.
5. Act as a health coach and medical guide by providing continuous support, motivation, and follow-up care throughout the healing process.
6. Educate patients clearly and empathetically about the principles and science of Ayurveda and natural healing practices.
7. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation of consultations, treatment plans, and progress updates.
8. Encourage patients to adopt sustainable lifestyle habits for long-term health improvement and disease prevention.
