Job description
Roles and Responsibility
- Tracking and monitoring DG attendance aligned to him
- Track delivery per DG and ensure strong follow-up
- Ensure execution of Operational plan and strategy
- Report DG grievance to Operations Head + HR team
- Report DG grievance to Operations Head + HR team
- Build rapport and relationship with DG's to ensure high performance output
- Maintain relevant report for MIS purpose as assigned individually
- Give inputs and suggestions to improve daily operational efficiency
