Application Support Engineers (Alwar)

We are hiring Application Support Engineers to join a Top US MNC building and operating large-scale enterprise platforms, cloud-native applications, SaaS products, and mission-critical business systems.

What You'll Do

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across production, staging, and testing environments.
• Investigate incidents, service disruptions, performance bottlenecks, and user-reported issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with engineering teams to implement long-term fixes.
• Support application deployments, releases, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Work closely with software engineers, DevOps teams, cloud engineers, product managers, and customer success teams.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Analyze application logs, system metrics, and monitoring dashboards to proactively identify issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of critical production incidents.
• Document troubleshooting procedures, known issues, and operational runbooks.
• Support production environments while maintaining high availability and service reliability.
• Participate in on-call support rotations and incident response activities where required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and customer experience.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Technical Support, or Software Support Engineering.
• Strong understanding of application architectures, software systems, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or customer-facing software products.
