Agency Development Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Agency Development Manager to join our team in Madhya Pradesh and Punjab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the agency channel for life insurance products. This role requires a strong focus on field sales, agent recruitment, and agent development to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the agency channel and increase market penetration.
• Recruit, train, and mentor agents to build a high-performing sales team.
• Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are met.
• Foster strong relationships with agents and provide ongoing support to enhance their sales capabilities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support agency sales efforts.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and present findings to senior management.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in agency channel management and field sales, preferably in the life insurance sector.
• Strong understanding of agent recruitment and development processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving results.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
