Key Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing Leadership Own the endtoend sourcing process for professional services, from market research and RFI/RFP development to negotiation and contract execution. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with business leaders across arenaflexs creative, technical, and operational units to understand needs, define scope, and align sourcing strategies with corporate goals. Vendor Relationship Management Build and nurture longterm relationships with highquality vendors, ensuring they meet performance, quality, and cost expectations. Cost Optimization Analyze spend data, identify savings opportunities, and implement strategies that reduce the $1B+ annual professional services spend without compromising quality. Risk & Compliance Ensure all sourcing activities comply with arenaflexs procurement policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards. Process Improvement Continuously refine sourcing processes, tools, and metrics to increase efficiency, transparency, and value delivery. Contract Management Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts, including scope, deliverables, pricing, service level agreements, and risk mitigation clauses. Market Intelligence Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to inform sourcing decisions and strategic initiatives. Team Development Mentor junior sourcing professionals, share best practices, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Essential Qualifications Minimum 5 years of strategic sourcing experience, with at least 2 years focused on professional services. Proven track record of negotiating complex vendor contracts and achieving measurable cost savings. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, assess risk, and make datadriven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of articulating complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences. Demonstrated ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization, from Csuite executives to operational teams. Experience with RFI/RFP development, bid evaluation, and contract administration. Knowledge of procurement best practices, legal terminology, and industry standards. Proficiency in procurement software and reputed company Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience sourcing consulting, advisory, or technology services for large enterprises. Background in entertainment, media, or experiential services. Advanced certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, or equivalent. Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) is a plus. Experience working in a global, remote environment.
