You will independently manage day-to-day HR activities, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee relations and employee engagement. The role requires someone approachable, energetic, hands-on and comfortable working with a young, fast-paced team.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionOwn end-to-end recruitment across the company. Strong focus on hiring in Sales, Operations and Tech roles.Source, screen, interview and coordinate with candidates through the hiring process.Work closely with managers and heads to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.Employee Relations & HR OperationsBe the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns and day-to-day HR requirements.Build strong relationships with employees and ensure they feel comfortable approaching HR.Handle onboarding, documentation, employee records and offboarding.Address employee concerns proactively and help resolve workplace issues.Ensure HR policies and processes are communicated and followed.Employee Engagement & CultureTake ownership of employee engagement across the company.Plan and execute team activities, celebrations, events, contests and other engagement initiatives.Conduct regular employee connect activities and gather feedback.Keep a pulse on employee morale and identify areas that need attention.Help build a positive, collaborative and fun workplace culture.Performance & HR ProcessesSupport the performance appraisal and feedback process.Maintain HR data and reports.Support leadership with relevant HR insights and employee-related information.What We’re Looking For2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in EdTech, Education or another fast-paced startup environment.Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, particularly Sales, Ops and Tech hiring.Excellent communication and people-handling skills.
