Operations Executive

About the job:

The Partner Operations Executive will act as the primary SPOC for distributors and partners, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by sharing stock and price updates, raising purchase orders, coordinating dispatches, handling operational queries, and preparing MIS reports.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Share daily stock reports and updated product price lists and pricing information with distributors and partners.

2. Raise Purchase Orders (POs) on behalf of partners and coordinate internal processing.

3. Share dispatch details, shipment status, and delivery updates with partners.

4. Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned distributors and partners.

5. Handle day-to-day operational coordination and resolve partner queries.

6. Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Accounts teams.

7. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

8. Maintain trackers for stock, POs, dispatches, pending orders, and partner requests.

9. Escalate operational issues and ensure timely resolution.

KPIs:

1. Timely stock and price updates.

2. PO processing TAT.

3. On-time dispatch communication.

4. MIS accuracy and timeliness.

5. Partner query resolution within SLA.
