The ideal candidate isn't just looking to match resumes to keywords; you have a deep understanding of people, exceptional emotional intelligence, and a knack for identifying candidates who bring not only the right skills but also the right attitude and behavior to our team.

What You Will Do

End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the hiring process from start to finish. You know exactly how to write, format, and post compelling Job Descriptions (JDs) across various platforms and job boards.

Behavioral Assessment: Conduct initial screenings and interviews with a strong emphasis on assessing character, behavioral traits, and team fit.

Candidate Sourcing: Actively seek out top talent and find the "right" people who align with our company's values and culture.

Team Communication & Onboarding: Use our internal tools to keep the team updated on hiring progress and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

People Operations: Act as a go-to person for employee queries, helping to maintain a positive, supportive workplace environment.

What We Are Looking For

A "People" Person: You have a high degree of empathy and emotional intelligence. You can easily read situations and understand what drives people.

Hiring Expertise: Proven experience in recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating candidates based on both technical fit and behavioral indicators.

Platform Knowledge: You know the ins and outs of job posting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and how to attract the right candidates.

Tech-Savvy: You are highly organized and comfortable working within our daily tech stack:

Slack for daily communication.

Coda for documentation and internal wikis.

Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms, Docs, etc.) for data tracking and surveys.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
