Senior Business Development Executive

Role & ResponsibilitiesGenerate and develop new B2B business opportunities, primarily with manufacturing and service companies. Promote and sell SEO, Google Ads/Google Promotion, Website Development and Digital Marketing services. Identify decision-makers, conduct client meetings, understand requirements and present suitable solutions. Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials and independently close deals. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and client handover. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets while maintaining required profitability. Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling. Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups and client data in the company's ERP/CRM. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Guide and support junior BDEs and contribute to overall team performance. Candidate Profile3+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development. Strong experience in lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation and sales closure. Excellent communication, presentation and follow-up skills. Target-oriented with strong ownership and responsibility. Experience selling Digital Marketing / SEO / Google Ads / Website Development / IT Services is preferred. Experience dealing with manufacturing or B2B companies will be an advantage.
