ASTRORIZE is an early-stage technology startup building a digital platform for astrology and spiritual consultation. The company is looking for a highly motivated Marketing & Growth Intern to join its Bengaluru team and work closely with the founding team to build its marketing and growth engine from the ground up.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

2. Manage social media activities, including Instagram, Reels, Shorts, content calendars, captions, campaigns, and community engagement.

3. Support customer acquisition initiatives, including referral campaigns, promotional campaigns, lead generation, and conversion optimisation.

4. Assist with astrologer and practitioner acquisition through online research, outreach, partnerships, and onboarding campaigns.

5. Research and coordinate with relevant influencers, creators, communities, and potential marketing partners.

6. Conduct market and competitor research to identify new marketing and growth opportunities.

7. Assist with SEO, keyword research, website content, and organic growth initiatives.

8. Track marketing performance, leads, conversions, and campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, spreadsheets, and advertising dashboards.

9. Propose and execute small growth experiments and A/B tests, measure results, and share actionable insights.

10.
