The internship shall run for a period of 3 (three) months from the date of joining, based full-time out of APD's Bengaluru office. The proposed phase-wise focus is as follows:
Month 1 - Orientation & Landscape Mapping - Understand APD's Strategic Partnerships Unit (SPT), partner OD needs, and the Dhwani SAKSHAM/Niranthara model. Compile a baseline status list of partner OD engagements.
Month 2 - Partner OD Coordination Support - Support screening, enrolment coordination, and documentation for partner NGOs undergoing OD (e.g. SAKSHAM cohort tracking); assist in liaising with Dhwani on schedules, due diligence, and payment/reimbursement documentation.

Any such additional support shall remain secondary to the core OD mandate and shall be assigned at the discretion of the supervisor, ensuring it does not compromise the intern's primary deliverables within the 3-month period.
Reporting & Supervision:

• A brief check-in shall be held weekly to review progress and reprioritise tasks as needed.
• A short written handover note and consolidated OD tracker shall be submitted at the end of the internship.
