We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern to support our growing team with recruitment, candidate coordination, hiring operations, and employer branding.

What You’ll Do

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, communities, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.

Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview rounds.

Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate trackers, interview records, recruitment pipelines, and hiring documentation.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Assist with job postings across LinkedIn, Wellfound, Internshala, and other platforms.

Support offer rollout, documentation collection, onboarding coordination, and joining formalities.

Help improve candidate experience and ensure timely communication.

Assist with recruitment campaigns, talent databases, and employer-branding initiatives.

Coordinate internally with HR, business leaders, mentors, and hiring managers.

Take ownership of assigned hiring positions and work toward recruitment targets.

Who We’re Looking For

You may be a good fit if you:

Are pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.

Have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Are comfortable speaking with candidates professionally.

Are organized and able to manage multiple candidates and interviews simultaneously.

Have basic familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment/job portals.

Are comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.

Can follow processes while also taking initiative.

Have good attention to detail and follow-up discipline.

Are interested in recruitment, talent acquisition, people operations, or startup HR.

Prior HR or recruitment experience is not mandatory. We value ownership, communication skills, consistency, and willingness to learn.

Internship & PPO Opportunity

This is an unpaid internship designed to provide hands-on exposure to real recruitment and talent acquisition operations.

Performance will be evaluated based on factors such as:

Candidate sourcing quality

Recruitment pipeline management

Communication and follow-ups

Interview coordination

Hiring outcomes

Ownership and reliability

Overall contribution to the People Operations team

High-performing interns may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) or full-time role with NoobSync Innovations, subject to business requirements, performance, and successful completion of the internship.

A PPO is an opportunity and is not guaranteed.
