SEO, AEO and GEO Specialist

We're hiring an SEO, AEO and GEO specialist to grow our organic visibility across Google and AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and AI Overviews. You'll own keyword strategy, on-page and off-page SEO, and technical blog content on CSE and engineering topics, and build LLM-powered workflows to scale the work.

Responsibilities

Plan keyword research, topic clusters and content calendars for CSE, programming, placements and upskilling

Optimize on-page and technical SEO: metadata, internal linking, schema, site speed, crawlability and indexation

Structure content for AI citations (AEO/GEO): direct answers, FAQs, entity-rich writing, featured snippets and AI Overviews

Build domain authority through ethical link building, guest posts, digital PR and community presence, and audit backlink quality

Write and edit technical blogs on DSA, web development, system design, AI/ML, DBMS, OS, cloud, and career guidance

Track performance daily in Google Search Console, GA4 and Ubersuggest, and share weekly and monthly reports with clear actions

Design Claude/LLM workflows (with n8n, Zapier, Sheets or Python) to automate research, briefs, audits and content refreshes, with human QA

Requirements

Good hands-on SEO experience with proven results (traffic, rankings, domain authority growth)

Working knowledge of on-page, technical and off-page SEO, plus AEO and GEO

Portfolio of live technical blogs, preferably on CSE or engineering topics

Daily use of Google Search Console, GA4 and Ubersuggest (or similar tools)

Experience building workflows with Claude, ChatGPT or other LLMs

Strong written English and an analytical, data-driven mindset

Good to Have

Basic HTML, CSS and JS, and CMS experience (WordPress, Webflow)

Python or Apps Script for automation

EdTech, SaaS or developer-content background
