Civil Engineering - Internship

About the internship:We are a fast-growing startup looking for a highly proactive, sharp, and execution-driven civil engineering intern. This is a high-intensity role where you will not be confined to standard site tasks. Instead, you will work directly with the core founding team to drive business growth through government tenders, department registrations, vendor coordination, and procurement. As a startup, we move fast. We need someone who can take absolute ownership, handle multiple responsibilities, and learn complex procurement ecosystems rapidly.

Key responsibilities:

1. End-to-end tendering and bidding: Identify relevant civil engineering tenders, analyze Tender Invite Notices (NITs), prepare comprehensive technical/financial bids, and execute online submission and bidding

2. Government department registrations: Research, document, and execute company registration processes across various state and central government departments (like PWD, CPWD, NHAI, or local municipal bodies)

3. GeM portal operations: Manage our company profile on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), upload products/services, and actively participate in GeM bidding processes

4. Vendor sourcing and management: Build our vendor network from scratch. Identify, connect, and negotiate with material suppliers and subcontractors required for tender execution

5.
