Record to Report Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Record to Report Analyst to join our finance team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in record to report processes, including fixed asset accounting, accruals, depreciation, and amortization. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end record to report process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting, including asset capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.
• Prepare and review accruals and amortization schedules to ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Conduct cash management activities, including cash flow forecasting and analysis.
• Facilitate process transitions and improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial processes and reporting requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
