Our Pre-Sales team is the first voice a prospective member hears - and plays a central role in turning interest into trials, and trials into long-term memberships.Role OverviewAs a Pre-Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective members. You will engage inbound and outbound leads, understand their needs, recommend the right program, and drive them through the funnel - from first conversation to trial booking to enrollment. This is a target-driven, phone-first role ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, is persistent in follow-ups, and takes ownership of conversions.
