Counter Salesperson

Timing 6 pm to 12 am, 6 days a week What you will do The customer • Be the face of the store in the evening. Greet every customer, help them choose, and take orders and pre-orders. • Answer the store phone and WhatsApp. Note birthday and custom cake orders clearly, with date, time, message and advance paid. The counter • Keep the counter full, clean and well arranged at all times. • Track what is running low and ask the kitchen team to refill it. • Make the next morning's refill and requirement list before closing. Hygiene • Keep the store, counter, display fridges and seating area clean throughout the shift. • Follow food safety rules: gloves and tongs for handling food, clean hands, hair tied or covered, clean uniform. • Check the display fridge temperature and the date stickers on products. Remove anything past its date. • Make sure the store is cleaned and ready before closing. Online orders • Accept every Zomato and Swiggy order on time. • Pack each order correctly and hand it to the rider without delay. Billing and cash • Bill every sale on Petpooja. No sale without a bill. • Handle cash, UPI and card payments correctly. • Close the day: count the cash, match it to the Petpooja report, and send the closing report every night.
