Skills required:

The candidate must have 2+ years of experience in recruitment, screening the profiles shared by recruiting team end to end IT Recruitment

Good Communication skills

Should be technically strong to analyze the candidate

Should have Extensive Experience in technical screening in the profiles & to judge the candidates joining potential.

Having mastered in recruiting candidates at various levels on niche technologies

Responsibilities

Managing the entire gamut of Recruitment cycle ( Internal hiring ) and to close the position within the deadline.

Interact with Internal Hiring Manager’s or Business Manager’s or IDC Manager in gathering the requisition

Understanding Job Description & Job Specification of assigned positions.

Sourcing candidates through - Job Portals (resume search & job posting), Head Hunting, References, Networking, and Internal database repositories etc.

Screening and Selecting best matched Profiles and taking Telephonic Interview.

Scrutinizing the resumes, interacting with candidates to build rapport & to understand their strengths and limitations.

Taking References and building a long-term relationship with Candidates.

Walk-in-management for bulk hiring and taking preliminary interviews to

shortlist candidates before forwarding their profile to Sales Manager
