Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics to support strategic decision-making.

Assist in developing reports related to recruitment, turnover, diversity, compensation, and employee performance.

Support HR functions such as onboarding, performance evaluations, and policy development.

Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes.

Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement by conducting surveys and compiling results.

Stay updated on HR trends and best practices and provide recommendations for improvements.

Required Skills and QualificationsBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, remote working environment.

ExperienceNo prior work experience is required.

Internship or project work in HR, analytics, or business administration is a plus but not mandatory.

Working HoursMonday to Friday

9:00 AM 6:00 PM IST (with flexible breaks)

Weekends off

Remote work setup stable internet connection required

Familiarity with HR software or platforms (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR) is an added advantage
