Back-end Executive

Communicate professionally with clients in both Hindi and English through calls, WhatsApp, and email. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for timely execution. Handle client queries, follow-ups, and basic complaints professionally. Maintain and update daily records, reports, and client data in MS Excel . Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required. Have a good command of MS Excel , including data entry, sorting, filtering, basic formulas, and report preparation.
