*About the role *

We are currently seeking to hire a GenAI Engineer at our head office New Delhi to further strengthen our software engineering & delivery team.

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Generative AI Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, solid programming expertise, and a proven track record of building scalable AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models.

Build and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases and knowledge retrieval systems.

Develop AI agents and autonomous workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar technologies.

Fine-tune and evaluate machine learning and language models for specific business use cases.

Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.

Implement prompt engineering strategies to improve model performance and accuracy.

Monitor, test, and optimize AI applications for scalability, reliability, and security.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.

Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry best practices.

*Required Qualifications *

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

3 years of experience in Python development and AI/ML projects.

Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG architectures.

Hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.

Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or FAISS.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Knowledge of REST APIs, databases, and software development best practices.

Understanding of AI model evaluation, monitoring, and deployment methodologies.

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and with team.

Preferred Skills

Experience in generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers).

Knowledge in Agentive AI would be added benefit.

Experience with fine-tuning open-source LLMs.

Knowledge of MLOps and AI deployment pipelines.

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes.

Exposure to AI agents, multi-agent systems, and autonomous workflows.

Contributions to AI-related open-source projects or research.
