About the job:Key responsibilities:

Generate qualified leads for Property CIBIL's property verification and protection services.

Drive sales of Property Score, Detailed Property Reports, Property 360, Property Kavach and other Property CIBIL solutions.

Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

Convert property buyers, sellers, investors and NRIs into paying customers.

Build strong relationships with real estate brokers, property consultants, builders, lawyers, banks, NBFCs and channel partners.

Generate and convert B2B and B2C business opportunities.

Conduct product presentations and explain the importance of property verification and risk assessment to prospective customers.

Develop and onboard new Property CIBIL channel partners and referral partners.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups and timely closures.

Expand Property CIBIL's customer and partner network across new cities and markets.

Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales and business development reports.
