Senior Full‑Stack Developer

Location: Hybrid/ RemoteOpenings: 2Experience: 5+ YearsQualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related fieldJob ResponsibilitiesProblem Solving & Optimization:Analyze and resolve complex technical and application issues.Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.Design & Develop:Build, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications with high performance and security.Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code for both frontend and backend.AI Integration (Preferred):Collaborate with the team to integrate AI/ML models into applications where applicable.Explore Generative AI, NLP, or machine learning solutions that enhance product capabilities.Technical Leadership & Mentorship:Provide guidance, mentorship, and code reviews for junior developers.Foster a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.Agile & Delivery Management:Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).Define and scope backlog items, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) to deliver high-quality solutions.Coordinate with geographically distributed teams.Quality Assurance & Security:Conduct peer reviews of designs and code to ensure best practices.Implement security measures and ensure compliance with industry standards.Innovation & Continuous Improvement:Identify areas for improvement in the software development lifecycle.Stay updated with the latest tech trends, especially in AI and cloud technologies, and recommend new tools or frameworks.Required SkillsStrong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3Hands-on expertise with frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.jsBackend development experience with Java, Spring Boot (Node.js is a plus)Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable architecturesFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA for project trackingProficiency in Git and version control best practicesStrong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications
