Backend Developer

We’re looking for a skilled Backend Developer with strong experience in Django to help us build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. You’ll work closely with product, frontend, and data teams to design APIs and power core platform functionality.

What you’ll do:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python & Django

Build and optimize RESTful APIs

Ensure performance, security, and scalability of backend systems

Collaborate with frontend and product teams to ship features end-to-end

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

What we’re looking for

2+ years of experience with Django / Django REST Framework

Strong understanding of backend architecture and API design

Experience with databases, ORM, and query optimization

Familiarity with authentication, permissions, and security best practices

Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows

Startup mindset: ownership, speed, and problem-solving

Nice to have

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)

Exposure to DevOps, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines
