As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing store performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage and train store staff, including shift managers and in-charges, to maintain high performance and productivity levels.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of products.
• Implement strategies to improve store performance, including sales initiatives and customer service enhancements.
