About the Role:As our Founder’s Office Intern, you will work directly with the founder across strategy, growth, product, automation, operations, and experiments. This is an internal hacker role. Scope changes with business priorities.One week you may be improving conversion funnels or building internal automations. Next week you may be working on growth experiments, product workflows, or partner execution. You are expected to think, build, test, and ship.This is a builder’s role. Part operator, part strategist, part technologist. Fit for someone who wants to become a future business operator or startup leader.What You’ll Do:Work directly with the founder on strategic and operational decisionsExecute cross functional projects across growth, product, and operationsResearch markets, competitors, and customer behaviorDesign and run growth and acquisition experimentsBuild internal systems, dashboards, and process documentsCreate and improve workflows using AI and automation toolsSupport product and feature rollout tasksCoordinate with tech, sales, support, and marketing teamsTake ownership of ambiguous problems and close them end to endWe’re Looking For:Engineering background required, graduate or final yearStrong technical base with ability to codeWorking knowledge of at least one programming languageFamiliarity with AI tools, AI workflows, or automation platformsComfortable learning new tools and technologies fastNot shy to learn new domains outside core trainingStrong written and spoken EnglishPresentable and professional communicationStructured thinking and analytical abilityHigh ownership and execution disciplineAbility to multitask and prioritise in a fast paced environmentExperience in startup projects or hack style builds is an advantageTechnical Expectation:Can write code or scripts for small utilities or workflowsCan use AI tools for automation, research, and productivityUnderstands APIs, integrations, or no code automation toolsCan translate business problems into technical or process solutionsWorking With Us:High ownership environmentDirect founder exposureFlat structure and fast decision cyclesOutput driven evaluation, not hours basedFull time conversion strictly based on measurable performance and execution qualityAbout Us:websites.co.in helps individuals and small businesses launch professional websites quickly with domain, hosting, business email, and guided setup in one place.
