WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Handle the entire US recruitment process from understanding the requirement, sourcing, screening, rate negotiation and submission of profiles.

Understand US employment terms, W2, W2 without benefits, C2C, 1099, Corp to Corp, etc.

Must have prior experience in hiring US Citizens, Permanent Residents, and H1-B professionals in the US.

Proficient at successful sourcing of candidates via Internet sources using BOOLEAN Search Strings and online resume database.

Submitting quality candidates to our US talent acquisition team with a quick turnaround time to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.

Responsible for achieving the hiring needs.

Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of potential candidates by identifying prospects through Job Portals, LinkedIn, Research, Referrals, and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline.

Good understanding of both domain-based and technology-based recruiting.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven work experience in US IT Recruitment.

Work extensively with Recruitment Tools - Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, Job Diva, LinkedIn & Indeed.com.

Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 4 years of experience in the IT industry.

Proven work experience in US IT Recruitment.

LOCATION: Remote (Pan India) & In-Office-Jaipur, India

SHIFT TIMINGS:

5:00 pm to 2:00 am IST

6:00 pm to 3:00 am IST (during daylight saving)
