GHL & Salesforce Client Associate

About the job:

We are looking for an immediate joiner for the role of GHL & Salesforce Client Associate. This is a hands-on client support and CRM operations role. You will work daily on GoHighLevel (GHL) and Salesforce, handle client queries, manage CRM data, and support internal teams. GHL and/or Salesforce experience is mandatory. Please do not apply if you have not used these tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work daily inside GoHighLevel (GHL) and Salesforce.

2. Handle client queries, onboarding, and day-to-day support.

3. Manage pipelines, workflows, automations, forms, and client data.

4. Keep CRM records clean and updated.

5. Test and troubleshoot basic CRM workflows.

6. Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.

7. Support client retention and follow-ups.
