Brand Associate - Founders Office - Fresher

About the job:Key responsibilities:

1. Work directly with the Founder to manage priorities, meetings, follow-ups and multiple ongoing workstreams.

2. Coordinate with branding, design, digital, content, website and other external agencies and ensure timelines and deliverables stay on track.

3. Support brand, social media and consumer initiatives, including research, briefs, presentations and execution.

4. Conduct market, competitor and consumer research and convert information into crisp, actionable insights.

5. Own trackers, documentation and follow-ups. Drive open items to closure without needing constant supervision.

6. Take on new and sometimes ambiguous projects, structure the problem and figure out how to get them done.

7. Manage industry event calendars and proactive registration for participation - expos, exhibitions, brand launches, etc

This is a high-ownership generalist role, not a traditional administrative assistant position. You will get a front-row seat to building a new consumer brand from zero to one.
