MAS Financial Services - National Credit Manager - Secured Business Loan

Job Description:- Lead and oversee credit underwriting for the Secured Business Loan (SBL) portfolio at a national level.- Ensure consistent application of credit policies, risk frameworks, and regulatory guidelines across regions and branches.- Provide strategic credit guidance to regional and branch credit teams to strengthen underwriting quality.- Partner closely with business, risk, legal, technical, operations, and collections teams to enable sustainable portfolio growth.- Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency trends, concentration risks, and early warning signals at a national level.- Drive corrective actions and process improvements to maintain asset quality and optimize credit costs.- Standardize and strengthen underwriting practices, credit processes, and risk controls across the SBL business.- Mentor and develop regional credit leaders to build a strong and consistent credit culture.- Support audits, compliance reviews, policy revisions, and senior management reporting related to the SBL portfolio. .
