About the Role

As part of the Founder's Office, you'll work directly with the founders on the company's highest-priority initiatives across product, growth, operations, strategy, partnerships, and execution. Every week is different. You could be validating a new idea, automating internal workflows using AI, evaluating market opportunities, launching GTM initiatives, or helping close strategic partnerships.

This role is designed for builders who thrive in ambiguity, learn quickly, and enjoy taking complete ownership rather than waiting for detailed instructions. You care about outcomes more than job titles.

Key Responsibilities

Work directly with founders to drive high-impact strategic and operational initiatives across the company.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify new product and business opportunities.

Assist in hiring and team management.

Assess and manage cross-border compliances and arrangements

Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Growth, Marketing, Business Development, and Operations to unblock execution.

Build relationships with ecosystem partners, customers, investors, and service providers whenever required.

Who We're Looking For

1-3 years of experience in startups, consulting, product, founder's office, growth, venture capital, or similar fast-paced environments.

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Comfortable working across multiple functions rather than specializing in only one.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive projects from idea to execution.

Strong interest in AI, Web3, crypto, fintech, developer infrastructure, or emerging technologies.

Willing to work from our Gurugram office (6 days/week).

Experience with digital marketing, growth experiments, SEO, paid acquisition, email marketing, funnels, or analytics is a plus.
