Operations & Logistics Coordinator

About the job:Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with manufacturers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines on order fulfilment, shipment scheduling, and logistics arrangements.

2. Negotiate rates with freight forwarders, CHAs, and shipping lines and source cost-effective solutions for air, sea, and multimodal shipments.

3. Prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, export permits, and shipping documents, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

4. Track shipments end-to-end, communicate status updates to internal teams and customers, and resolve logistics issues.

5. Maintain vendor relationships and coordinate with multiple logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.

6.
