Supply Chain & Logistics Operations - Internship

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist the team in day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations.

2. Support inventory tracking, stock updates, and basic reconciliation activities.

3. Assist in coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, transporters, and internal teams.

4. Track purchase orders, shipments, and delivery status.

5. Maintain and update supply chain, inventory, and logistics records.

6. Assist with preparing purchase orders, invoices, delivery documents, and reports.

7. Support warehouse operations, including stock movement and documentation.

8. Help identify and report inventory discrepancies or delivery issues.

9. Assist in monitoring logistics costs, delivery timelines, and operational KPIs.

10. Prepare basic Excel reports and dashboards for supply chain activities.

11. Support data collection and analysis for demand, inventory, and logistics planning.

12. Assist in resolving routine operational issues under the guidance of senior team members.

13. Participate in process-improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce delays.

14.
