Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve business targets. Appoint new dealers and expand market coverage. Build long-term relationships with farmers, retailers, and channel partners. Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities. Monitor competitor activities and implement effective sales strategies. Ensure timely reporting and maintain market intelligence.Candidate Profile Experience in Cattle Feed, Animal Nutrition, Agri Inputs, FMCG, or related industries preferred. Strong dealer network management and business development skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
