About the Role

TSN Global is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our next-generation Coding Assessment Platform for early-career and experienced hiring.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product management, B2B SaaS, HR Tech, developer platforms, or technical products, along with a good understanding of technical hiring and developer workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for coding assessments across Front-end, Back-end, Full Stack, SQL, DevOps, and related technologies.

Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Content, and Data Science teams to build scalable and engaging assessment experiences.

Conduct market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities.

Define, track, and improve key product metrics including assessment completion rate, candidate satisfaction, product adoption, and enterprise adoption.

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive product adoption and support go-to-market initiatives.

Prioritize product features and initiatives based on customer insights, data, business impact, and product strategy.

Drive product development through Agile methodologies and effective stakeholder management.

Translate customer and business requirements into clear product requirements and actionable priorities.

Required Skills & Experience

5-8 years of experience in Product Management.

Experience in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, Developer Platforms, or technology products.

Strong understanding of technical hiring, programming languages, and developer workflows.

Excellent product discovery, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

Experience working with Engineering and cross-functional teams in Agile product development environments.

Strong track record of data-driven product decision-making.

Ability to manage product priorities and deliver products aligned with customer and business needs.

Good to Have

Experience building coding assessment platforms, developer tools, or HR Tech products.

Technical or Computer Science background.

Experience with ATS integrations.

Exposure to AI-powered assessments, adaptive testing, or AI-based hiring solutions.

Contract & Conversion

This is a 10-month contract position, with a strong possibility of full-time conversion based on performance and business requirements.

Location

Gurgaon / Gurugram preferred.
