Field Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) products to potential customers in the regions of Chhattisgarh, Tamil Nadu, and Maharashtra. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential customers for CASA products through field sales activities.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our banking products to clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive sales growth.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
• Provide feedback to the management on market trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
