About the job:Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers.

2. Communicate with customers in Hindi or Tamil.

3. Explain educational courses, programs, and services clearly.

4. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.

5. Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.

6. Maintain daily call and lead records.

7. Update lead status and follow-up details.

8. Achieve assigned calling and lead-conversion targets.
