Field Sales Executive / Sr Sales Executive Loan Sales

We are hiring experienced Sales Executives and Senior Sales Executives with a strong background in loan sales, business development and customer acquisition.

### Key Responsibilities

• Generate business for Business Loans, MSME Loans, LAP, Home Loans, CC Limits and Project Finance.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Generate leads through market visits, referrals and DSA networks.

• Develop relationships with customers, DSAs and channel partners.

• Explain loan products and documentation requirements.

• Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for loan processing and disbursement.

• Maintain sales reports, follow-ups and conversion records.

### Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of relevant loan sales experience.

• Graduation is mandatory.

• Experience selling Business Loans, MSME Loans, LAP, Home Loans or CC Limits.

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

• Experience in lead generation and achieving sales targets.
