Commercial Banking Cash Management Sales Officer (Gurugram)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and client-focused Senior Vice President, Global Solution Sales, to drive strategic cash management and trade solutions for leading Global, Digital, Technology, Internet, Fintech, SaaS, Platform, IT Services and New Economy companies across India and global markets. The individual will serve as a trusted advisor to corporates undergoing rapid growth, international expansion, digital transformation, and increasingly complex treasury and working capital requirements. The role will combine deep transaction banking expertise with consultative solution selling capabilities, enabling clients to optimize liquidity, enhance working capital efficiency, automate treasury operations, support cross-border growth, and scale globally. The successful candidate will work closely with Relationship Managers, Industry Heads, Product Specialists and Citi's global network to originate, structure, and execute complex multi-country, multi-product solutions across Cash Management, Trade, Liquidity, Digital Payments, Collections, Connectivity, FX and Working Capital.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Client Coverage & Growth

Manage a defined portfolio of Existing-to-Bank (ETB), and Recent to Bank (NTB) Acquisition and strategic growth ("Double Down") relationships within the Digital, Technology, Internet, Fintech and IT Services sectors.

Develop client-specific transaction banking strategies jointly with Relationship Managers, Industry Heads and Product Sales teams.

Deepen wallet share by increasing cash management balances, transaction volumes, trade utilization and cross-border business flows.

Build long-term strategic relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, Founders, Finance Controllers and Treasury Transformation teams.

Complex Solutioning & Advisory

Serve as the primary solution specialist for sophisticated treasury and working capital requirements.
