1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads

2. Provide information about our products and services in a clear and concise manner

3. Maintain accurate and updated records of all calls and interactions in MS-Excel

4. Follow up with potential clients to schedule appointments or meetings

5. Assist in conducting market research to identify potential leads

6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals

7. Continuously improve communication skills and product knowledge to enhance customer experience.
