Mortgage Loan Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team in Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in securing home loans, mortgage loans, and housing finance solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of various loan products, including loans against property (LAP), and the ability to guide clients through the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate clients' financial situations and advise them on suitable mortgage products.
• Assist clients in completing loan applications and gathering necessary documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of housing finance regulations and market trends.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with underwriting and processing teams to facilitate timely loan approvals.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of home loans, mortgage loans, housing loans, and housing finance.
• Familiarity with loan against property (LAP) products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
