This is a full-time, on-site role for a professional who can efficiently manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support business decision-making through accurate financial reporting and analysis.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, maintain, and analyze financial statements and reportsHandle GST compliance, tax filings, and related financial documentationConduct financial analysis to support management in strategic decision-makingAssist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoringEnsure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policiesGenerate accurate MIS and financial reports on a regular basisSupport process improvement initiatives to optimize financial operationsCoordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for finance-related activitiesRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related fieldStrong understanding of financial statements, taxation, and GST complianceKnowledge of budgeting, reporting, and financial analysisGood command of MS Excel and accounting tools/softwareStrong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyGood communication and organizational skillsPreferred Candidate Profile:Prior experience in finance, accounts, or taxation rolesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong sense of responsibility and confidentiality in handling financial data
